We will communicate with you by email or by an electronic record on our site, which will be deemed adequate service of notice or electronic record.

Cancellations by the User

In case of requests for order cancellations, we reserve the right to accept or reject requests for any reason. As part of usual business practice, we will not refund the amount; however, a customer can redeem the amount for another outfit. A request for cancellation shall be valid and accepted only if made within 24 (twenty-four) hours of placing the order on the site.

Billing

The price of our merchandise is inclusive of GST and other applicable taxes. The customer is required to pay the final MRP as shown on www.karmacode.in.

Return Policy

You acknowledge that these terms of returns and exchange are limited to direct sale by us to you and are not available in case of a sale by a third party, which shall be governed by the terms of such sale.

We may accept returns for account credit only. We must receive the merchandise within 2 days from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, and must be in their original packaging. We do not provide a cash refund on any goods sold. Goods once sold can only be exchanged for replacement or store credit if they meet our terms and conditions.

Since we keep limited inventory, store credit can be used on your next purchase. All conditions applicable to returns shall also apply to exchanges. To return an item, please write to us at customercare@karmacode.in. We are not liable for any damages caused to the product during transit.

(a) Only those items are returned or exchanged that have a manufacturing defect or are completely different from what was ordered.

(b) Items should be returned unused and with all tags still attached. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

(c) If an order has more than five products, it will be considered a bulk order. Return or Refund will not be possible.

Cancellation

We shall not be able to process the cancellation if the order has already been processed. Store credit will be provided against the cancellation of an order.
